We all know that Oklahoma weather is almost completely unpredictable. From the scorching sun, random rain showers, to sporadic winds; our tents will protect your event from all of it. Event tents will provide the perfect setting for your special occasion.
We believe that every event deserves to be filled with laughter, excitement, and unforgettable memories. That's why we offer a wide range of interactive games and entertainment options to elevate your gathering to the next level. Whether you're hosting a birthday party, corporate event, or family reunion, our diverse inventory is sure to have something that will delight your guests and make your event truly special.
Base Price:
Per Event
2 Day Event:
Add 60% to base price
Delivery:
-Free with orders over $150 (within 12 mile range)
-$2 Per mile x2 (This covers delivery and pickup)
Pickup:
-Must use enclosed vehicle of trailer to pick up
-Vehicle or trailer must be clean of all excessive dirt, mud, oil spills, paints, animal dropping, etc.
Delivery/Pickup Times:
-Up to 24 hours before event (if products are available)
-Times can be adjusted for larger events to allow time to decorate.
Pickup/ Drop Off Times:
No later than 24 hours after event
Damage Waiver:
+10% to Total Base Price.
Opting in for our damage waiver provides you with complete peace of mind during your event. For a small fee, you are protected against any accidental damage to all the rental items you purchased. This means you can enjoy your special day without worrying about unexpected damage cost that can easily occur. Its a smart choice for ensuring a stress-free celebration.
